- hi I have friend in Florissant, MO, and his little girl is looking for halloween costume contests or other year-round art contests, places to create art and all other outlets that are suitable for the 8-12-year-old "set". She is a talented young girl and would like I would love to help her pursue her artistic talents. diversiveness in art is great . . .so include all you can. Art shops with lessons, bead, craft, workshops, after school programs . . .anything at all would help.
