Ring in the New Year with the Glendale Riders at the Holiday Inn in Alton. The evening includes entertainment, party favors, two drink coupons and a champagne toast at midnight. Tickets are $35 a person. For an additional $19.95 a person, you can get a prime rib dinner from Franco's Restaurant.

There will be plenty of great music on New Year's Eve at Off Broadway in Downtown St. Louis. The Blind Eyes and Middle Class Fashion are scheduled to perform. The doors open at 7 p.m. The music starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10.
