By now, I'm getting used to the shutdown of Highway 40, but this weekend there's another closure that could cause delays. The Missouri Department of Transportation is closing a section of eastbound 40 in Chesterfield to repair the Spirit of St. Louis Boulevard overpass. Last week, a construction truck accidentally knocked a hole in the overpass. Eastbound 40 will be closed from Chesterfield Airport Road to Long Road from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 4, and from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 5 and 6.
