Now is the time to see the bald eagles near Alton. One of the best places to go to learn about the eagles is Pere Marquette State Park during Bald Eagle Days. The guided tour begins at the Pere Marquette Visitor Center at 8:30 a.m. There will be a short video presentation, then a drive to view the eagles.
