Augusta is a popular destination during Oktoberfest, but the small town along the Missouri River is also a great place for holiday fun and shopping. This Friday, Augusta is hosting its 30th annual Candlelight Christmas Walk through town. The streets will be glowing with a thousand lights as visitors make their way to dozens of stores for holiday shopping. There are also trolley rides, a scavenger hunt, wine tastings and more. After the Christmas Walk, enjoy dinner at Mount Pleasant Winery.
